PROTECTIVE SERVICES

Protective Services is responsible for a number of programs including: 

• Adoption Services
• Adult Protective Services
• Child Protective Services
• Foster Care Program
• In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)
• IHSS Public Authority
• Long-Term Care Ombudsman
• Multipurpose Senior Services Program
• Public Guardian Office

Protective Services are provided through the El Dorado County Health and Human Services Agency, Human Services Department.
