Community Design Standards

On December 15, 2015, the County Board of Supervisors adopted new and/or updated community design standards to augment those found in the Zoning Ordinance Update on the following subjects: 1) Mixed Use, 2) Landscaping and Irrigation, 3) Mobile Home Parks, 4) Outdoor Lighting, 5) Parking and Loading, and 6) Research and Development.
