  • “Options for Seniors Facing Foreclosure” - June 7 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the El Dorado Hills Senior Center, 990 Lassen Lane, El Dorado Hills.  This training is designed to educate individuals on how the foreclosure procedure works, as well as give options for saving the home.
  • “Straight Talk about Reverse Mortgages” – June 14 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the El Dorado Hills Senior Center, 990 Lassen Lane, El Dorado Hills.  This training will present the pros and cons of reverse mortgages, and help participants determine if they can benefit from this type of loan or if other options may be more appropriate.
  • “Scams, ID Theft and Annuities” – June 21 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the El Dorado Hills Senior Center, 990 Lassen Lane, El Dorado Hills.  This training will help individuals recognize scams and learn how to protect themselves and those they care about.
