Below is a summary of what is allowed in each tier:
Restaurants or Bars, Breweries and Distilleries with meal service
No indoor dining allowed. Outdoor dining is allowed with restrictions.
Indoor Dining allowed at 25% of capacity or 100 people, whichever is fewer.
Indoor Dining allowed at 50% of capacity or 200 people, whichever is fewer.
Outdoor only with modifications
90-minute time limit
Limited hours (service for on-site consumption close by 8:00 pm)
Indoor with modifications
Capacity must be limited to 25% or 100 people, whichever is less
Bars (with no meal service)
Open outdoor only with modifications
