COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
The County of El Dorado provides loans to income qualified homeowners and first time homebuyers with funds obtained from the State Department of Housing and Community Development. With this funding the County is able to assist households with loans to rehabilitate their homes from blight, provide loans to first-time homebuyers, build community facilities to bring services closer to the community in which families live, and provide grants to improve Infrastructure to a housing development.
