Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP) 

The Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP) is a state-funded program that provides eligible noncitizen victims of a severe form of human trafficking, domestic violence, or other serious crime, with services such as cash assistance, food benefits, employment, and social services. State-funded benefits and services for TCVAP are equivalent to federally-funded benefits available to refugees and certified human trafficking victims, and applicants must meet all income, resource, and other program eligibility requirements. Eligibility is determined through CalWORKs.
