County employees may be entitled to a variety of benefits when leave of absence is necessary. Each of the leave benefits listed below has individual qualifying criteria based on factors such as length of employment, job classification, previously utilized entitlements, length of disability, etc. An employee off work for medical reasons should communicate with their supervisor and Risk Management. Risk Management staff can assist with completing the steps necessary to obtain the appropriate benefits.
