On July 29, 2010, an El Dorado County jury returned with a verdict of "guilty" on all eleven counts against Howard Martin Harmless, II. Harmless had been charged by the El Dorado County District Attorney's office with nine counts of child molestation and two counts of providing drugs to juveniles. Deputy District Attorney Lisette Suder tried the case for the People which lasted approximately two weeks. Harmless faces a possible 25 years to life sentence as a result of the guilty verdict. Sentencing is scheduled for September 2, 2010.
