Four year Bond for $15,000.00
A $35.00 check for filing of the Notary Oath
Recording fees for the Bond - $14.00/1st page, $3.00/each additional page, and $2.00 Real Estate Fraud Fee

Items you will need:
Fee of $175.00 for registration
Fee of $10.00 for I.D. card
Applicant will need to provide one photo 1x1 with white/light background
Bond of $25,000.00 (Two Years), or cash deposit
$18.00 for recording the first page of the Bond and $3.00 each for any additional pages.
