Optional Benefits Plan Information for 2011

Please note the following major changes for the 2011 Optional Benefits Program.

Timeframe of Plan
This enrollment will only cover the period from July through December in order to convert to a calendar year plan basis. A new enrollment period will be conducted in December for the 2012 plan year.

Health Care Spending Accounts
Per new IRS regulations, effective 1/1/2011 over the counter medicines or drugs are not eligible for reimbursement without a doctor’s prescription. Please plan your health care spending account accordingly.
