Voluntary Life Insurance The County Risk Management Office is now processing the administration of the voluntary life insurance option. You will still have the ability to make your purchase with pre/post-tax dollars as appropriate. Please contact Risk Management at (530) 621-5565 should you have questions. Health Care Spending Accounts Per new IRS regulations, effective 1/1/2011 over the counter medicines or drugs are not eligible for reimbursement without a doctor’s prescription. Please plan your health care spending account accordingly. Need a form or a copy of the Plan Handbook?
