Vendor Requirements

To request a new vendor be added to FAMIS, please complete a Vendor Request Form and submit it with a Payee Data Record form via fax to (530) 295-2535 or via email to apinterfaces@edcgov.us

El Dorado County requires a completed Payee Data Record form for all new payees.  The Payee Data Record form is in lieu of a W-9.
