EL DORADO COUNTY TO BEGIN ROAD WOK ON SILVA VALLEY PARKWAY SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2018
(PLACERVILLE, CA) – El Dorado County's Department of Transportation will be performing road work on Silva Valley Parkway between Appian Way and Harvard Way on Saturday, November 3rd, 2018. The County's contractor will remove striping between the hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm and traffic control will be in place during this procedure. The work was intended to take place October 27th but was cancelled due to material issues.
The County contractor will be re-surfacing the area. Silva Valley Parkway will be closed from Appian Way to Harvard Way between the hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
The closure is necessary while the County's contractor performs work on the area. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling around the work zone in order to arrive at their destinations on time.
