​EL DORADO COUNTY IMPLEMENTING CLOSURE OF SIENNA RIDGE ROAD
FROM HAWK VIEW DRIVE TO BRONZEWING PLACE

(PLACERVILLE, CA) – El Dorado County's Department of Transportation, in conjunction with Toll West Coast LLC, will be implementing a closure of Sienna Ridge Road from Hawk View Road to Bronzewing Place beginning Wednesday, July 28^th at 6:00 am for period of up to 90 days, following approval by the County's Board of Supervisors at the meeting on July 27^th, 2021. This road closure will enable installation of underground utilities and reconstruction of the roadway surface along Sienna Ridge Road.

Vehicles will be routed around the road closure utilizing Bass Lake Road in between the intersections of Bass Lake Road/Sienna Ridge Road (south) and Bass Lake Road/Sienna Ridge Road (north). Portable message signs have been posted and will remain throughout the duration of the road closure.

Motorists are advised to slow down through the work zone and expect delays during construction.  Motorists are also advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work zone in order to arrive at their destinations on time or use alternate routes to avoid the construction area.  

The County sincerely appreciates the cooperation and patience of motorists that use this roadway and we apologize for any inconvenience as a result of the detour.
