(PLACERVILLE, CA) – District 2 Supervisor Shiva Frentzen today announced she will hold a Town Hall meeting in Cameron Park to provide an update on County issues and a proposed expansion of El Dorado Transit services. The meeting will be held Thursday, May 25th from 6:30 pm-8:00 pm at the Cameron Park Community Services District.
“Town Hall meetings are a valuable way to communicate to the residents in my district about the important matters occurring in the places they live, work and play,” said Frentzen. “I know Board of Supervisor meetings aren’t convenient, or even possible, for everyone to attend, so it’s important that I take the information on the road and hear from community members outside Board Chambers.”
In addition to the proposed expansion of transit services, Supervisor Frentzen will provide an update on the County’s 2017-18 budget and road maintenance.
