Seniors ExercisingSENIOR HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAM

The Senior Health Education Program (SHEP) has been created to inform adults ages 60 and older of services available in their area.  The goal is to provide methods of preserving a good quality of life and to improve health while aging.

Weekly Exercise Classes                 
Weekly classes are offered in Placerville, Cameron Park, and Diamond Springs. Reservations are not needed and drop-in’s are welcome. Cost is only $3 per class.

Senior Health Fairs
Seniors are invited to attend our Health Fairs held yearly. The date of the next Senior Health Fair has not yet been determined. More details to come.
