How to Register a Complaint

Your interest in this matter is important and appreciated. You may report a complaint regarding Fugitive Dust or Naturally Occurring Asbestos (NOA) via telephone by calling the NOA hotline at 1-888-FYI-4NOA (1-888-394-4662) or electronically at emd.info@edcgov.us. Please have the following information available:

  • Your name
  • Your contact phone number
  • Description of the dust problem area or site including address and/or cross street, type of activity causing the problem and any other information and circumstances which will enable the Environmental Management Department (EMD) to respond in a timely and responsive manner.

Your name and phone number will remain confidential. Please be advised that EMD will not respond to anonymous complaints.
