This is a reminder for all agencies that file fish and game (CEQUA) environmental documents. Fees change as of January 1, 2010.

Please visit the fish and game web page at www.dfg.ca.gov for the 2010 fee update. This fee will apply to all documents that are filed in 2010 regardless of the commencement date.

Please note:
On January 1, 2010, the Recorder-Clerk will begin collecting the $50.00 administrative fee. This will be due for all filings including local agency filings.
