- A clearance letter is a criminal history check on you for any arrest (we release only El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office arrest information, no other agencies arrest information will be provided). Bring it with you to your appointment at the Sheriff’s office.

- Subjects may request a copy of their local criminal history (El Dorado Sheriff’s arrests only will be provided). You will be required to come in person with the completed form, show a valid ID and pay the fee before the request will be processed.
