Tattoo, Body Piercing, & Permanent Make-Up Information
Information for Artists 
People who perform tattooing, body piercing and/or permanent cosmetics are required to register with El Dorado County Public Health and pay a $25 registration fee. In addition, if you operate a tattoo or body piercing facility, you must register the facility and pay a fee.
