Zoning Ordinance and Maps

The current Zoning Ordinance, Title 17 of the El Dorado County Code, dates back to the 1960s, with numerous amendments made over the years. Some of the most recent amendments are provided below. The County has embarked on a comprehensive update to the Zoning Ordinance which is expected to be adopted in 2011. Material related to the update is posted on the Zoning Ordinance Update web page.
