Placerville public counter office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesday.
New features of the counter hours are permit applications and issuances by appointment only, from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, scheduled in half hour increments. Same day afternoon appointments can now be made via phone or at the counter.
Other business such as; code questions, business license, parcel research, etc. will continue without any appointment necessary.
The Customer Service lobby hours for Building Services are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. The counter is open during lunch time with reduced staffing.
The Customer Service lobby remains open for Planning Services on a walk-in basis from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. Afternoons (1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) are available by appointment. Appointments for planning-related questions can be made by calling 530-621-5355. Appointments are made for half-hour blocks, on the half hour.
