Assessed Valuation by Agency / District

All agencies/districts provide a service to a specific geographical area. Agencies/districts that provide the same service should not be within the same geographical area. This is controlled by the assignment of a Tax Rate Area (TRA) to each parcel. The agency/district's assessed value is the sum of all the TRA valuations in which the agency/district provides service.

Assessed values by agency/district are available in both detail (by TRA) and summary (by Agency) format. Additional back years may be available. To obtain years not published on this website, please contact the Property Tax Division at (530) 621-5470.
