Community Development Agency (CDA)
The County of El Dorado Community Development Agency (CDA) is comprised of five divisions; Administration and Finance, Development Services, Environmental Management, Long Range Planning and Transportation and one unit: Code Enforcement.
The mission of the Community Development Agency is to deliver effective public service that coordinates development in El Dorado County with the goals of ensuring public safety, maintaining environmental sensitivity, and improving economic prosperity.
